The lights have gone out
In the dark and all alone
The sun shines no more
Every day is cloudy and grey
I reach out my hand
But all I touch is emptiness
The lights have not even a flicker
They are completely dead
That's where I want to be
Six feet under the ground
Alone in death as in life
But I feel nothing anymore
Down here I am at peace
The bugs don't even bother me
I have no more need of the light
My eyes are forever closed
Just waiting till I am bones
