How much does Regina Mills know?How much does Mr Gold know? They seem to be at least semi aware of their other lives.
What about James? He's been in a coma and is drawn to Mary Margaret which could mean that he at least on some level realizes that she's his wife instead of what's her name.
Henry tries to set up James and Mary Margaret on a date while keeping the so called wife occupied elsewhere.
