Dean's a fan of the Hex Girls. He was watching TV one night when he heard a report about an attack at a second concert. So the guys go to Crystal Cove perhaps to find out what's going on. It is up to you whether or not you want to include Velma and the others. Maybe Velma and Dean could bond over their mutual love of the band.
